Dr. Chris Warford graduated with honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1980 with honors (Beta Sigma Kappa). He has lived and worked in Baytown his entire life. He and his wife Pam have two children, Brandon and Lauren.

As a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association, Dr. Warford is a family practice optometrist who is dedicated to giving his patients the best possible eyecare. He is licensed to practice therapeutic and glaucoma specialties, as well as keeping up with the latest in laser vision correction management and evaluation. In addition, Dr. Warford remains on the cutting edge in contact lense advancement and children's developmental vision needs.

A strong believer in following the latest and most innovative diagnosis products, Dr. Warford is commited to providing you with the highest standards of eyecare available. The OptoMap retinal exam provides Dr. Warford with important information that can help detect other diseases that affect not just your eyes, but also your overall health, possibly without the need for uncomfortable pupil dialation. This retinal image, stored electronically, gives Dr. Warford a permenant record of the condition of your retina. This is very important in assisting him in detecting changes in your eye, and general, health between examinations. For this reason, Dr. Warford strongly recommends annual eye examinations.

Not only is Dr. Warford dedicated to eyecare, but he also feels it is important to be involved in the community. He is a member of Rotary Club and has participated in many local charity organizations, including American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, YMCA, and Goose Creek Independent School District educational projects. As an avid sports fan, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and many other sports.
