LASIK Surgery
Dr. Phillips was first certified to do evaluations, pre-operative work-ups, and co-management of LASIK surgery by the Laser Eye Institute of Houston in 1997. He has even had LASIK surgery himself. He currently works with Dr. Paul Wuthrich at Texas Regional Eye Center to provide LASIK vision correction as well as other refractive surgeries to his patients. If you are considering LASIK Dr. Phillips will be happy to discuss the procedure with you and to determine whether you are a candidate for LASIK surgery
