Dr. Phillips provides state of the art eye examinations utilizing digital retinal imaging with the Optos system as well as optical coherence tomography corneal specular microscopy, autorefraction, digital anterior segment photography, and frequency doubling visual fields screening.  He continues to add new equipment in order to provide the highest level of eyecare possible to his patients.
