Dr. Ly Nguyen is a Glaucoma Certified Therapeutic Optometrist. She has been practicing optometry in College Station, Houston, and now Cypress for over 6 years. Her externships were performed with a Navy Clinic in the Quantico Marine Corps base in Virginia and Houston Eye Associates, Houston's largest opthalmology practice. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston and performed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas, also located here in Houston. Dr. Nguyen is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce.
On the rare occasions that she is away from the office, Dr. Nguyen likes to indulge in her passion for travel photography. One of her other passtimes is physical fitness. She has competed in several marathons, loves biking, and is an avid snowboarder. Her fitness goal is to learn to swim so that she may compete in triathalons and hopefully, some day, an IronMan competition. She is recently engaged and looking forward to starting her family in the Bridgelands community here in Cypress.
