How to apply for the "See A Better Future" scholarship:

The Doctors of TSO have a long-standing commitment to caring for their patients and the communities they serve.  Each participating Doctor will provide a college scholarship for $1,000 to a 2009 graduating high school senior in their community.

To qualify for the scholarship, a senior student must currently be attending a high school within a community served by a participating TSO.
 
Awards will be granted in collaboration with local guidance counselors based upon the criteria of a student’s dedication to helping others through volunteer service, leadership skills and a genuine interest in furthering their education. Financial need and academic standing may also be considered. 

The student must be planning to attend an accredited two year or four year college and scholarship awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, disability or national origin.

To apply for one of more than 40 $1,000 scholarships, download the application below and return to you neighborhood TSO office location.  The deadline for submitting scholarship applications is February 15, 2009.
